Role overview
The Senior Brand & Visual Designer will be the first in this role at XDS USA’s Los Angeles headquarters. This position focuses on building and expressing the XDS and X-LAB brands across all touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, product imagery, printed materials, packaging, and dealer environments.
The designer will help define how riders, dealers, and the cycling community experience XDS, whether through digital ads, bike boxes, race-day displays, or retail setups. The role offers the chance to shape the visual identity of a global brand as it establishes itself in the U. S. market.
What you will do
- Create brand visuals and assets for marketing, product launches, and retail environments
- Develop packaging and printed collateral that reflect the XDS and X-LAB brands
- Collaborate closely with an international creative team
- Ensure brand consistency across every channel and customer touchpoint
