About the job
Olsson is growing its Bridge team in Missouri, especially in St. Louis. The Senior Bridge Engineer will support a variety of bridge-related projects and help expand the group’s presence in the region.
What you will do
- Lead technical design work for bridges, retaining walls, dams, stormwater and traffic structures, and other infrastructure projects.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control for project deliverables.
- Manage projects with careful attention to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Review contracts and support efficient project execution.
- Develop and maintain technical resources for the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and encourage their professional development.
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement within the group.
- Engage with clients and help broaden Olsson’s client base in the Midwest.
