Position Summary

Join Olsson's Bridge team as a Senior Engineer and play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts in Missouri, particularly in St. Louis!

Our Bridge group engages in diverse projects encompassing bridges, retaining walls, dams, stormwater, and traffic structures, alongside inspections, rehabilitations, load ratings, and construction engineering services. We deliver design solutions for transportation initiatives involving grade separations, interchanges, and stream crossings for both public and private clients across the Midwest.

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead technical excellence, acting as the primary engineer and trusted advisor on complex projects. Your duties will include delivering high-level technical designs, ensuring quality assurance/control, and managing projects with a meticulous focus on scope, schedule, and budget. You will review contracts, advocate for efficiency, and curate technical resources, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, contribute to team cohesion, and cultivate client relationships.
