You will bridge the gap between business needs and actionable requirements, ensuring that solutions align with customer, operational, and strategic objectives.This position is essential for driving process improvements, validating technology solutions, facilitating business engagement, and preparing for deployment. By combining analytical rigor with a keen sense of curiosity and transformation expertise, you will serve as a crucial partner across business, technology, and delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Solution DefinitionLead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with transformation goals.Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications that accurately reflect business needs.Utilize structured thinking to challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and propose effective, experience-enhancing solutions.Collaborate with subject matter experts to define target-state processes, data requirements, and user journeys.Testing & Quality AssuranceOversee the creation of user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies, test plans, and scripts to ensure they validate requirements and experience intent.Coordinate UAT activities, including tester readiness, defect management, and business sign-off.Monitor solution quality throughout development, flagging risks and gaps promptly.Deployment & Business ReadinessAssist in deployment planning, including cutover activities, business communications, and readiness assessments.Ensure that affected teams are prepared for upcoming changes and that business processes and controls are updated accordingly.Work with Change & Organisation Design to support training needs and operational adoption.
