About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Applications Security Engineer to join our expanding Corporate Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to create a robust security framework from scratch, enhancing our business application ecosystem. You'll be responsible for ensuring the security of our diverse range of applications, from Salesforce and Workday to specialized departmental tools, shifting our security approach from reactive to proactive and centralized. Your expertise will help align business requirements with cloud-based software solutions through effective implementation, optimization, and vendor management.
Your mission will be to elevate business application security into a fundamental competency. You will:
- Build from the ground up: Develop and implement a comprehensive business application security program where one currently does not exist.
- Own the ecosystem: Assume full responsibility for the security posture across more than 200 business applications, including SaaS, cloud, and on-premise solutions.
- Establish security standards: Define clear criteria for what constitutes a secure business application and ensure compliance across all tools.
- Integrate security early: Embed security considerations into procurement, integration, and lifecycle management processes.
