Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint new business opportunities and stay informed on industry developments.
    • Formulate and execute effective business development strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.
    • Identify potential clients and initiate outreach to promote our offerings.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns for client attraction and retention.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology partners.
    • Sustain and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Devise and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
    • Achieve and surpass revenue targets through robust sales and business development initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay updated on regulatory requirements within the Forex industry and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Collaborate with the compliance team to implement and oversee compliance processes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
    • Provide guidance and support to achieve both individual and team objectives.
