Join Convera as a Senior Business Development Manager in our Madrid office (Hybrid Role)
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of a robust pipeline targeting Small-to-Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Corporate clients, including import/export firms and multinational corporations. Your mission will be to drive new business revenue by empowering our partners to enhance and manage their international payment services and hedging requirements. With a concentrated focus on expanding Convera’s presence within Spain, particularly among SMEs and Corporate clients, you will play a vital role in our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious revenue and customer acquisition targets by forming strong partnerships with SMEs and Corporate clients in Spain, delivering payment and hedging solutions.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive sales pipeline through active sales engagement and leveraging professional networks, including industry associations.
- Take full ownership of reaching aggressive growth targets for Convera’s SME segment in Spain.
- Provide precise business forecasts and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs, market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Compliance department to ensure full regulatory compliance across all business operations.
- Position Convera as the go-to partner for SMEs and Corporate clients seeking to enhance their global payment capabilities.
- Work alongside Corporate Sales Executives to implement best practices in opportunity management and customer service.
- Engage and collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams across various countries.
