Familiarity with the subscription industry. Understanding of technology and e-commerce. Comfortable using platforms such as PropTech, marketplaces, and social media. Exceptional skills in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and presentation skills. Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers. Positive, flexible, presentable, and committed attitude. Driven by a strong desire for success. A proactive, adaptable approach to challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with clients to manage expectations and enhance their dubizzle experience.
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets for client renewals and acquisitions.
  • Become a knowledgeable expert on the Egyptian Real Estate sector by blending on-ground insights with high-level market data.
  • Expand our market share by introducing our products to new clients.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with clients for acquisitions, renewals, and upgrades.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through comprehensive account management services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date reporting dashboard to reflect sales activities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing teams to resolve any sales-related issues.
  • Gather market insights and stay informed about local laws and development news.
