Your Impact

As a pivotal force in our growth strategy, the Business Development team is essential for scaling both our product and organization. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our clients, guiding them through their challenges. Your proactive involvement will significantly contribute to expanding our sales and, by extension, our entire organization. This position provides a clear pathway for career advancement, allowing you to evolve from a prospecting specialist to a seasoned sales expert within a year. We believe in recognizing outstanding performance with an uncapped commission structure.

Your Tasks

  • Own the prospecting pipeline from lead identification to conversion by engaging decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and social media.

  • Experiment with and implement innovative strategies to generate both outbound and inbound leads.

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product, market dynamics, and customer needs, applying diverse sales techniques to impress leads.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential B2B clients and craft compelling sales materials and presentations.

  • Develop and refine call scripts and communication templates while collaborating with the sales team to organize training sessions and workshops.

  • Embrace AI tools: Identify opportunities to utilize AI for enhancing productivity, experiment with novel strategies, and share successful practices, fostering a culture of rapid innovation at Tacto.
