Strong legal and business acumen with experience in finance, business operations, data governance, or related fields. Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial systems, databases, and MS Office tools. Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and strong interpersonal abilities in both French and English (additional languages are a plus). Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, capable of managing multiple priorities while remaining organized and structured. Client-focused, team-oriented mindset, with prior experience in the fund industry or Luxembourg corporate environment considered a significant advantage.

About the job

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Senior Business Implementation Officer to facilitate our growth by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes. You will manage the complete conversion lifecycle for new clients, uphold the standards of service agreement governance, and serve as a crucial steward of financial data accuracy. This position involves close collaboration with onboarding, commercial, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire new-business conversion process, collaborating with onboarding, commercial, sales, and compliance teams to complete static data entry, set up billing, and configure client/service lines in financial systems.
  • Ensure comprehensive governance of service agreements, reviewing and validating them for finance, audit, and invoicing compliance, preparing addendums, and maintaining accurate agreement details throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding activities from start to finish, including data entry completion, facilitating document execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring all regulatory filings (RCSL, RBO) are finalized before handing over to operations.
  • Work closely with invoicing and internal teams to ensure precise billing setup and monitor monthly conversion progress against pipeline prospects.
  • Contribute to project work and research, utilizing your knowledge of fund and corporate structures, with KYC/AML analysis skills viewed as a beneficial asset.
