Your Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and expand our client network by targeting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and institutional investors.
- Lead capital-raising initiatives for oil & gas and real estate projects, ensuring prompt closure of transactions.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively communicate our investment strategies and opportunities.
- Act as a representative of RPC at industry conferences, cultivating and sustaining strategic partnerships.
- Ensure CRM integrity by accurately tracking investor interactions and activities.
- Monitor essential KPIs, including capital raised, new investors, and the return on investment from marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Completion of a Job Fit Assessment is required for consideration.
- Proven experience in raising capital and managing relationships with high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Background in financial services, investment management, private banking, financial technology, commercial real estate, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or CFA is advantageous).
- Preferably possess Series 7 or Series 63 licenses.
- Demonstrated passion for achieving results, fostering innovation, and collaborating with others.
