Senior Consulting Engineer – Customer Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our team in this customer-centric role, you will:

Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure the effective planning and execution of validation projects.
Provide support to next-generation Routing & Switching, Data Center, and Service Provider clients to facilitate the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
Validate innovative design solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs.
Lead discussions on requirements, analyze testing needs, configure lab setups, create and execute test plans, and document findings.
Identify critical issues and collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to implement solutions.
Develop and integrate emerging technologies into lab environments.
Work closely with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams on future initiatives to secure client engagement.
Drive innovation to enhance efficiency and accelerate validation processes.
Work collaboratively with other engineers to guarantee successful project outcomes.
Spot and facilitate new business opportunities.
