Job Description

In the role of Senior Civil Engineer within our Site Design group, you will be pivotal in delivering multidisciplinary engineering services for diverse land development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, and residential developments. Based in either our Plano or Fort Worth office, you will provide comprehensive technical support to your team while serving as an advisor on complex initiatives. Additionally, you may take on project management responsibilities and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineer on complex projects, delivering high-level technical design.
  • Implement and oversee QA/QC plans for team projects.
  • Enhance technical expertise within the team through mentoring and training.
  • Coordinate technical resources for team projects.
  • Supervise and guide professionals and technical staff in design methodologies.
  • Review contracts in collaboration with administrative support.
  • Promote efficiency in producing high-quality work.
  • Ensure quality control by thoroughly checking plans.
