What is the role about?

As our Senior Client Services Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure successful project execution, timely delivery, and compliance with quality benchmarks.

How will you create impact?

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and necessary documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Monitor action items and enforce accountability across teams.
  • Proactively identify and address risks and manage escalations with professionalism.
  • Guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closure.
  • Encourage continuous improvement by recognizing process gaps and opportunities.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5 to 7 years of IT experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in project management, leading multiple concurrent projects in customer-facing environments.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience in supporting technical and AI/GenAI software delivery projects, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, forecasting timelines, and managing risks and issues professionally.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with popular PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and comfortable analyzing KPIs and delivery metrics (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach.
