To uphold the stability and efficiency of DT-Technik's storage infrastructure, we are looking for a qualified DevOps Engineer - Storage. You will be tasked with managing the test platform of our storage infrastructure, utilizing our tools to fully automate the storage platform. You will collaborate with a German storage engineering team to enhance the automation of storage components, act as the liaison with our storage engineers, and work alongside the engineering team to improve the stability of the storage platform and data for DT-Technik applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Storage Test Environment: Manage the configuration and upkeep of the storage test environment to ensure it meets all testing requirements.
- Develop Automated Checks for Software Versions and Alerts: Create automated systems to periodically verify new software versions and critical alerts, ensuring timely updates and proactive issue resolution.
- Conduct Firmware Release Approval Tests: Execute thorough testing of firmware versions to assess stability and compatibility, ultimately approving them for release.
- Address Operational Needs from Storage Engineers: Work closely with storage engineers to meet operational needs, continuously refining the test environment and rollout processes based on their insights and requirements.
