WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEA Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL (knowledge of Python is a plus). Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. Fluent in English and Romanian (both are essential). Excellent presentation skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments. Strong business acumen and a passion for end-to-end project management. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. A unique ability to blend analytical and communication skills to create value. Comfortable with tracking and reporting KPIs and dashboards. A hands-on attitude—ready to roll up your sleeves!

THE JOURNEY

Create and sustain detailed internal reports and dashboards for the commercial team to pinpoint and seize opportunities for our partners.
Serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to the commercial team regarding data insights pertaining to promotions and advertisements, ensuring data is accessible and actionable.
Deliver results in a structured, efficient, and comprehensible manner.
Uphold high standards of data quality by ensuring accuracy and consistency across all internal dashboards.
Continuously recommend enhancements to existing and emerging metric definitions to maximize the value and usability of our data.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and industry trends to gather essential insights that support the country’s commercial strategy.
Compile ad-hoc reports and draw conclusions related to profitability, orders, active promotions, etc., as per stakeholder requests.
Standardize processes and reporting methods to enhance overall efficiency.
