The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs that align with Businessolver’s philosophy and evolving business needs within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role provides essential consultation, advice, and guidance regarding industry best practices in compensation.

This individual contributor position offers significant visibility within our organization and across all leadership levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in a SaaS setting and/or rapidly growing organizations.

The Role:

  • Support HR and business professionals in executing, implementing, and managing compensation programs and policies to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise in compensation best practices to ensure the company maintains a competitive pay position while adhering to Businessolver’s compensation philosophy and guidelines.
  • Conduct complex analytical studies across various compensation domains, including internal equity, competitive pay practices, incentive compensation, and emerging trends.
  • Research, evaluate, and analyze internal and external market data to assess competitive positioning and market trends, providing recommendations for base salary structures, promotional adjustments, market adjustments, new hire job offers, and variable pay programs when necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and recommendations for market adjustments and special pay programs, and present these findings to management and employee groups.
  • Offer advice, guidance, and training to managers, employees, and HR colleagues regarding the interpretation and administration of the company’s compensation programs and policies, focusing on service delivery and program design that meets business needs.
  • Engage in compensation survey benchmarking, input, and reporting.
