Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive lifecycle configuration management program plan, integrating CM requirements into system acquisition strategies, life cycle sustainment plans, systems engineering plans, and contract requirements. Assist Army Aviation acquisition initiatives through detailed research and analysis to secure necessary technical data and software, ensuring full organic sustainment of the weapon system throughout its lifecycle. Evaluate data rights assertions related to the technical data package, identifying potential risks to the program. Prepare and deliver briefings to Division Chiefs and Project Managers. Conduct research and analytical assessments of CDRL deliverables concerning IP and data rights, providing insightful analysis to decision-makers. Support working groups focused on intellectual property data rights. Investigate government use cases and IP data right assertions. Contribute to the development of a repository for IP and data rights assertions during weapon system development. Assist in the formulation of individual product intellectual property strategies, ensuring the protection of product data and the government's rights to data.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of intellectual property and a keen awareness of industry and government data rights relevant to weapon system development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project focused on developing innovative weapon system solutions while navigating complex data rights issues.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting analytical reviews on various activities, such as researching assertions, evaluating legal frameworks, analyzing Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and supporting information related to the life cycle sustainment plan for the Project Office.
