Turner & Townsend is in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead cutting-edge tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects for a prestigious technology client.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position requires full-time onsite presence (5 days per week) at the client's advanced facility in Cupertino, CA.
- Engaging with the client and various consultants throughout all phases of the project.
- Financial oversight – ensuring timely client invoicing and leveraging the financial system to track the project's financial health.
- Developing comprehensive project plans and monitoring performance management techniques.
- Overseeing the change control process to manage project scope effectively.
- Facilitating the flow of project information through regular updates and written communication with clients and team members.
- Preparing detailed project budget updates and progress reports.
- Ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Assisting in the construction of proposals for new work or modifications to existing projects.
- Identifying areas for improvement in Project Management procedures and sharing insights with the appropriate line manager.
- Highlighting quality, safety, health, and environmental concerns to the relevant line manager.
- Establishing robust project governance and systems for project execution.
- Executing general line management responsibilities when applicable.
- Adhering to SOX control responsibilities as necessary.
