As a Senior Construction Project Manager within the Structuring & Execution department, you will play a pivotal role during the execution phase and warranty period of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction phase of various projects.
- Achieve critical execution goals: zero HSE accidents, adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Oversee the successful execution phase through effective management of construction contracts, site activities, cost monitoring, and relationships with lenders and/or investors.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project/site team and the broader organization to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Coordinate tasks to ensure that project goals are met and to identify and manage any deviations from financial closure to project handover.
- Track and report on HSE, E&S, contractual matters, scheduling, budgeting, and progress; manage the site team responsible for daily activities.
- Ensure the sharing of lessons learned, tools, methodologies, and execution guides across regional entities.
- Manage EPC guarantees and supplier warranties following project handover.
International travel may be required to project locations as well as for meetings with various stakeholders, contractors, and third parties.
