RequirementsProven experience in crisis management, corporate security, and resilience management, particularly within global organizations operating in high-risk environments. Prior experience in a large consulting firm or multinational corporation. Exceptional synthesis and visual presentation skills, utilizing tools such as MS Office and authorized AI technologies. In-depth understanding of security and risk management, business resilience, and consultancy dynamics. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives in an international context. Commercial acumen in project planning and pricing, considering time, resources, and outcomes. Experience in building strong client relationships. Master’s degree or advanced diploma in international security or related risk management fields. Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Project management skills with a commercial focus.

The Senior Consultant, Advisory & Risk Consulting position at Control Risks in Paris centers on supporting the growth of the Advisory Risk Consulting practice across France and Europe. This role works closely with teams throughout the region, combining project management, business development, and direct client work. A strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in crisis, security, resilience, and risk management are essential.

Main Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage consulting activities focused on security and resilience, with an emphasis on building lasting client relationships.
  • Deliver services such as crisis management exercises, vulnerability assessments, intrusion testing, and framework reviews.
  • Handle multiple consultancy assignments at once, working with service line leads to make the most of regional resources.

Project Management

  • Ensure projects finish on schedule and within budget, meeting client requirements.
  • Uphold quality standards for client projects and collaborate with colleagues and other practices on project proposals.

Business Development

  • Support business development activities as directed by management.
  • Prepare client proposals and contribute to business development meetings.
