About the job

Control Risks is actively seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in eDiscovery to lead and manage comprehensive project lifecycles. While the ideal location for this role is San Francisco, we are open to candidates residing in Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, or Seattle.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in overseeing all facets of client projects, from initial matter setup to ensuring successful engagements, and will facilitate coordination with operations and finance through to client billing and invoicing.

To excel in this position, you must leverage your knowledge of litigation support and technology to align client needs with Control Risks’ resources, ensuring adherence to client satisfaction and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting:

  • Engage with clients to optimize project workflows and implement industry best practices.
  • Innovate and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Foster strong client relationships by demonstrating a commitment to their success.

Project Management:

  • Oversee multiple eDiscovery projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide hands-on technical support in RelativityOne, covering areas such as aiR for Review, analytics, custom workflows, and advanced search capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure resources are allocated effectively based on project deadlines.
  • Manage expectations of both internal and external clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather and document client requirements, ensuring they are well-managed throughout the project.
  • Advocate for clients by communicating new requirements to the development team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records related to project specifications and documentation.
  • Facilitate daily project activities, engaging with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold high-quality standards, delivering all work within specified timeframes.
