About the Role: As a valuable member of the Capco team, you will leverage your expertise in agile development methodologies and engineering best practices as a Technical Applications Project Leader. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and successful implementation of our projects.
Onsite Requirement: This position necessitates working onsite 4 days a week in Orange, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and support of customer applications to ensure seamless operation.
- Deliver ongoing technical support to resolve issues and maintain operational efficiency.
- Enhance the development and troubleshooting processes for customer-facing web applications.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align on project goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to provide continuous support during off hours.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage nearshore resources to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Identify and address technical issues related to customer applications.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of web applications.
- Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
