Key Responsibilities:Install, program, and commission DDC systems for HVAC equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and network devices. Conduct system testing, verification, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to design and implement control strategies and operational sequences. Lead a team of technicians in carrying out installations, repairs, and upgrades of DDC systems. Provide training sessions and technical guidance for junior technicians. Perform regular maintenance and preventive measures to maximize system efficiency. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to DDC controls and HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed, system configurations, and updates. Stay informed on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC controls. Required Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC controls technician, specializing in DDC systems. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and related equipment. Proficient in programming and configuring DDC controllers (e.g., Niagara 4/ax, Johnson, Distech, Honeywell). Experience integrating DDC systems with building management systems (BMS) and other automation systems.
