Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project budgeting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Budget Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, establish baselines, and create short- and long-term forecasts for major and multi-year projects. Aggregate and reconcile budgets and forecasts based on various jurisdiction splits, asset types, and funding sources.

Cost Reporting and Analysis: Generate routine and complex reports to aid Project Managers and operational unit partners in tracking, managing, and forecasting costs (including budget, actual, commitment, contingency, earned value, cost per unit, and cost impact analysis). Respond to internal or external data requests for assigned projects.

Risk Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk register and assess necessary contingencies using methods like Monte Carlo analysis.

Research and Data Analysis: Conduct detailed research and data analysis in cost controls, preparing and presenting findings, alternatives, and recommendations to support informed business decisions and mitigate risks.

Change Control and Contract Management: Assist in change control processes and support contract negotiations and claims management. Implement and report performance metrics using industry standards like earned value management.

Collaboration and Communication: Work in conjunction with stakeholders, utilizing estimating, cost management, and scheduling techniques to communicate results effectively, including trends, variances, and cost impacts.

Project Controls Data Management: Prepare responses and work papers for project controls data requests to support corporate governance, audits, General Rate Cases, and regulatory filings.
