Must be an Australian citizen with Baseline clearance or the capability to obtain it. Demonstrated experience as a Cost Manager, Contract Administrator, or Quantity Surveyor within the construction, infrastructure, or Defence sectors. Solid understanding of contract management principles, particularly regarding variations and cost control. Proven ability to monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and prepare precise cost reports. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail with robust documentation and record-keeping capabilities. Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Excel. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Engage in comprehensive cost management activities, including budget monitoring and forecasting.
  • Maintain detailed financial records, documentation, and cost databases to support project reporting.
  • Facilitate commercial reviews and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to address cost-related challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of cost control processes and project reporting standards.
