At Fluidstack, we are at the forefront of developing cutting-edge infrastructure for artificial general intelligence (AGI). Collaborating with leading AI labs, government entities, and prominent enterprises like Mistral, Poolside, and Meta, we aim to deliver unparalleled computing capabilities at unprecedented speeds.
Our mission is driven by urgency and a commitment to excellence. We take pride in our infrastructure and the trust we build with our clients. If you are passionate about making a difference, striving for excellence, and eager to contribute to the evolution of intelligence, we invite you to be part of our innovative journey.
The Role
As a pivotal player in Fluidstack's ambitious growth, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Counsel specializing in real estate to shape our strategic approach to an expanding real estate portfolio. You will oversee the entire spectrum of real estate transactions essential to Fluidstack's infrastructure success, including structuring, drafting, negotiating, and providing legal counsel. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing outside counsel and driving complex deals to fruition.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of Fluidstack's real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, build-to-suit leases, financing, title reviews, insurance, easements, and environmental concerns.
- Draft and negotiate intricate agreements with sophisticated counterparties, balancing quality with efficiency.
- Create the initial library of Fluidstack's real estate form contracts and playbooks, developing scalable legal infrastructure as our portfolio expands.
- Provide legal advice on zoning, land use, and permitting across various U. S. jurisdictions, and identify local counsel when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Construction, Finance, and Business Development to proactively address legal and business challenges, offering strategic, solution-oriented guidance.
