Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, design, develop, and integrate applications at a senior level per written specifications.
- Create new software or modify existing applications and modules in accordance with documented requirements.
- Utilize disciplined software development processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Engage in coding assignments, unit testing, and ensure compliance with development standards.
- Analyze functional specifications and produce technical specifications and unit test scripts.
- Participate in project planning sessions to evaluate development requirements and provide design options.
- Recommend software enhancements and solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on work progress.
- Support production and perform defect research, assisting with technical documentation as necessary.
- Develop user manuals for software applications.
- Review the work of peers and junior developers, offering technical guidance and coaching.
