Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of the CE industry and Microsoft products. Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering D365 solutions with various integration strategies. At least 5 years of experience in implementing Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. Exceptional presentation, communication, leadership, and client engagement skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to C-level executives and board members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring quality and self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment guided by agile methodologies, including daily SCRUM meetings. Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Plugin development, PCF, PowerApps Portal, Custom Action, Web Resource, DevOps Integration, and Power Automate. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and the . NET framework, web applications, and web servers. Knowledge of Power BI and Azure services.

Technical Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE – 5 to 7 Years Experience:

  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics CE across all project stages, from initial discovery to final deployment.
  • Oversee project challenges and risks to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery that aligns with client expectations.
  • Facilitate data-driven discussions with clients during discovery sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team to design and execute system architecture, including specifications for custom code and data migration needs.
  • Provide comprehensive end-user training and develop knowledge transfer documentation.
  • Establish and enhance standards and tools for CE implementation.
  • Deliver tailored technology demonstrations to clients.
  • Address various data-related issues and analytical requirements.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Dynamics and Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service.
  • Proficient in ASP. NET/. NET Core, JavaScript, CRM 365 SDK, HTML/CSS.
  • Capable of creating Technical Specifications from functional requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and integration mechanisms.
  • Customize Dynamics CRM solutions based on customer specifications.
  • Develop modern web applications integrated with the Power Platform using ASP. NET, AngularJS, and Web API.
  • Set up a custom code repository for team collaboration.
  • Configure DevOps pipelines for solution migration.
  • Design and document integration strategies, data migration protocols, and ALM strategies.
  • Experience with analyzing Salesforce business processes and developing migration strategies for Dynamics.
  • Ensure code coverage and unit tests for all components and functionalities.
  • Conduct unit testing for newly developed features.
