Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers. Prepare technical reports, create briefings, and present findings to sponsors and senior management. Collaborate with customers, program managers, and stakeholders to establish technical requirements. Lead proposal development efforts, including defining technical approaches, estimating costs, and drafting white papers. Work closely with algorithm developers, systems engineers, RF hardware engineers, and integration teams across various programs. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in real-time software development. Support approximately 20% travel for customer meetings, integration events, and field demonstrations. Who You Are: Possess an active clearance at the Secret level with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship as mandated by the U.S. government. Hold a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5-10+ years of relevant experience.
