About the job
Are you excited about harnessing data to shape significant business strategies?
Jobber is seeking a Senior Customer Analytics Manager to join our dynamic Analytics team.
About Our Team:
Our Analytics team is a vital part of the Strategy & Analytics department, serving as the internal consulting unit that bridges data insights with actionable business strategies across Jobber. We exist to influence positive business outcomes throughout the entire Jobber ecosystem.
Your Role:
As the Senior Customer Analytics Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Customer Analytics, acting as a key analytics partner within high-priority Customer Analytics areas.
This position requires close collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance understanding of customer behaviors, assess business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recognize the factors that contribute to long-term customer value. The scope of your work may encompass acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle engagement, product adoption, monetization, retention, expansion, customer success, and other strategic customer areas, depending on business needs.
You will spearhead impactful analytical initiatives throughout the customer journey, focusing on aspects such as funnel performance, customer segmentation, conversion rates, engagement metrics, product usage, retention strategies, operational efficiencies, and long-term value assessments.
This position is an individual contributor leadership role rather than a people management role. While you will not directly supervise a team, you will be expected to lead through influence, manage key business domains, craft analytical roadmaps, mentor analysts, cultivate senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure that analytics initiatives translate into informed business decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess robust business acumen, extensive analytical skills, and exceptional communication capabilities. They should excel at transforming ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical methodologies, formulating clear recommendations, and influencing decisions across multiple organizational levels.
