Key Responsibilities:Deal Ownership & Sales ExecutionManage the entire sales process from initial lead qualification to contract execution, maintaining full accountability for results at each stage. Craft and execute customized sales strategies for each opportunity, adapting your approach according to client context, decision-making structures, and competitive landscapes. Lead the deal team throughout the presales process, coordinating with internal stakeholders (solution architects, delivery leads, legal, finance) to create compelling, client-specific proposals. Maintain disciplined pipeline management — assess inbound opportunities, prioritize based on strategic fit and revenue potential, and keep an accurate and current CRM (Salesforce). Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Customer Engagement Manager to take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle — from lead qualification through to contract closure — and act as the primary relationship manager during the initial year of client engagement. This role demands a high level of accountability and is perfect for someone who is passionate about driving outcomes rather than merely performing tasks.

As the end-to-end owner of your deals, you will lead and coordinate the presales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and be personally responsible for converting qualified opportunities into signed agreements, ensuring strong initial relationships with our clients.
