We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Customer Engagement Manager to take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle — from lead qualification through to contract closure — and act as the primary relationship manager during the initial year of client engagement. This role demands a high level of accountability and is perfect for someone who is passionate about driving outcomes rather than merely performing tasks.
As the end-to-end owner of your deals, you will lead and coordinate the presales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and be personally responsible for converting qualified opportunities into signed agreements, ensuring strong initial relationships with our clients.
