Key Responsibilities:Effectory's Enterprise Customer Success team collaborates with our largest clients across various sectors including Corporate (e.g., IKEA, AS Watson, PostNL), Healthcare, and Education. Post-onboarding, you will lay the groundwork for enduring adoption by cultivating multi-tiered relationships that secure early strategic buy-in and maintain its strength. You will proactively interpret technical usage data into persuasive ROI narratives, showcasing how Effectory generates impact across the entire HR and engagement spectrum — from initial adoption to long-term advocacy. Achieve a high Net Renewal Rate (NRR) by monitoring customer health, proactively addressing risks, and identifying opportunities to broaden customer utilization. Oversee the comprehensive health of your portfolio. Rather than just following playbooks, you will craft tailored success plans that mitigate complex churn risks and pinpoint strategic growth opportunities.

Role Overview

As the Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise accounts, you will serve as the primary value driver and strategic partner for Effectory's most intricate and high-value clients. Your role transcends traditional account management, positioning you as a trusted advisor and ensuring that our solutions are deeply integrated into each client's long-term business strategy and digital landscape.

Your objective is to architect success for your portfolio, facilitating adoption, measurable outcomes, and client advocacy. You will adeptly bridge complex business challenges with quantifiable product value, driving high-impact adoption and fostering long-term retention through robust partnerships and an in-depth understanding of HR and people analytics.
