As a Senior Data / AI Engineer at Effectory, you will be a pivotal architect of the intelligence that drives our operations. You will design, maintain, and enhance the data architecture that fuels our analytics, powers AI functionalities, and enables organizations worldwide to convert employee feedback into actionable insights.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to guarantee high-quality data and the AI models built upon it. Whether you are optimizing data pipelines, deploying machine learning models, or automating workflows, your efforts will ensure our platform scales with clarity, trust, and technical excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and refine scalable data architectures that align with business needs and AI/ML objectives.

  • Create and oversee data ingestion pipelines from various sources, ensuring data is clean, structured, and primed for analytics or model training.

  • Prepare data for AI, ML, and advanced analytics by enhancing quality, reliability, and accessibility.

  • Integrate data from APIs, databases, events, and other internal/external sources.

  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to deliver models and AI workflows to production, ensuring deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

  • Automate workflows using CI/CD, orchestration tools, and contemporary DevOps/MLOps practices.

  • Engage with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Deploy and monitor data pipelines and models using cloud-native tools (preferably Azure).

  • Provide comprehensive documentation, support, and guidance to internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Continuously enhance our tools, workflows, and architecture.

  • Stay updated with emerging data and AI technologies and best practices.

  • Work within an agile, cross-functional team environment aligned with company OKRs.

  • Take ownership of technical decisions and their implications on our product and platform.
