- Analyze and rectify data discrepancies while delivering actionable business intelligence insights.
- Comprehend data lineage, quality, and interrelationships to ensure accurate reporting.
- Oversee data extract, transform, and load (ETL) operations, responding promptly to any job failures.
- Provide development support for various platforms and applications as directed by the assigned manager.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles for Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
- Allocate 20-25% of time towards development initiatives, including automation of operational tasks, data quality verification, application feature enhancement, tabular model creation, bug resolutions, and reporting.
- Engage in data engineering tasks as necessary.
- Exhibit flexibility to assist with production issues outside of standard hours.
