The Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to serve as the inaugural analytics hire in our Capacity Management team, establishing a data-driven foundation for infrastructure planning and operations.

Currently, many critical decisions are based on expert judgment. Your goal will be to transform this process by introducing clear metrics, dependable observability, and predictive models that will inform decisions across engineering, product, and business domains.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Capacity Management and operate with significant autonomy within the capacity management domain.

What You Will Do

Enhance Capacity Observability

  • Define and take ownership of crucial metrics related to availability, utilization, and capacity health.

  • Create dashboards that accurately reflect the system's true state rather than a simplified view.

  • Transition from manual and fragmented reporting to reliable, scalable solutions that provide insights in real-time.
