An Overview of This Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing Analytics at GitLab, you will act as a strategic analytics partner to Marketing leadership, influencing how we assess, model, and enhance marketing performance. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will take charge of high-impact analytical projects, including attribution, inbound funnel analysis, target setting, and campaign measurement. Your responsibilities will encompass the full data lifecycle, from constructing and managing dbt models within Snowflake that drive business intelligence, to delivering insights suitable for executives, and collaborating across functions to support critical business decisions. In this role, you will utilize a modern analytics and AI-enabled workflow featuring Snowflake, Claude with MCP connections, and more.
