WHO YOU ARE:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Data Analyst with a robust blend of technical proficiency, business insight, and strategic problem-solving skills. In this pivotal role, you will independently spearhead analytics initiatives within the Operations team, transforming data into actionable insights that enhance efficiency, inform decision-making, and drive key business KPIs.
Your collaboration with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Data Engineering, and Business Strategy will be crucial to uncovering opportunities for process optimization, automating decision-making, and developing scalable analytics frameworks. This highly impactful individual contributor role demands both advanced analytical capabilities and the skill to influence business strategy through data.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead Analytics Strategy: Proactively identify and take ownership of key analytics initiatives within Operations, focusing on efficiency enhancements and cost reduction.
- Advanced Analytics & Measurement: Go beyond conventional dashboards by employing inferential modeling, causal analysis, and experimental design to derive actionable insights.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of operational enhancements, refining processes related to fraud detection, customer interactions, and compliance.
- Operational KPIs & Business Impact: Create frameworks to evaluate Turnaround Time (TAT), Cost Per Transaction, SLA adherence, and other crucial operational metrics, ensuring data-informed decision-making.
- Data Storytelling & Visualization: Convert intricate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations utilizing visual storytelling techniques.
