You will work closely with business units, data engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver cutting-edge analytics products while also mentoring junior Product Managers throughout the process.Key Responsibilities• Gather comprehensive requirements from business and clinical teams to guide product development.• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications for data science and engineering teams.• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and design teams to turn requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.• Lead the design and development of backend data and analytics architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.• Navigate trade-off discussions among stakeholders, balancing speed, scalability, and quality.• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.• Oversee technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and architecture specifications.• Communicate product updates and solicit feedback from business stakeholders.• Advocate for Agile methodologies and best practices.• Mentor and guide junior product managers.• Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
