Role Overview: Senior Data Analyst - Payment Success The Payment Success team seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Barcelona. This role focuses on building and refining payment strategies for Tier-1 merchants. As a primary contact for merchant payment performance, the analyst will help define, deliver, and improve tools that surface the value of our payment solutions. Collaboration is central. The analyst will work with Payment Performance engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional partners to set priorities and strengthen merchant outcomes using advanced analytics and technology. Key Responsibilities Advise key merchants by developing effective payment strategies tailored to their needs. Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and detect anomalies in payment performance. Design and run experiments and A/B tests, including those using machine learning approaches, to improve results. Develop automation tools for monitoring and optimizing merchant performance.
