Required Skills and ExperienceExceptional consultation and stakeholder management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in designing and building modern data platforms, including experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse migrations. Advanced skills in Azure, Fabric, and Snowflake (including dataflows, pipelines, and notebooks), with familiarity in tools like Azure/Fabric Data Factory. Proficiency in data modeling techniques and best practices. Experience in developing self-service BI solutions using Power BI.

Position Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you will spearhead the technical implementation of large-scale data platforms and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Your role will involve designing, executing, and taking ownership of robust data platforms and insightful solutions. Senior Consultants collaborate closely with client stakeholders and our internal Principal Consultants, Practice Leads, and Project Managers. This is a client-facing position, requiring exceptional communication and engagement skills across various stakeholder levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients (business users) to discover consulting opportunities and gather stakeholder requirements through facilitation workshops.
  • Contribute to the architecture, design, and delivery of modern data and insight platforms, leveraging innovative ideas and your expertise in the latest trends for data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on data management and integration best practices.
  • Design data models (both relational and dimensional) across various data domains and industries.
  • Develop and deploy AI solutions for data migration, modeling, application modernization, and data warehouse migrations.
  • Optimize the performance of new or existing data platforms and insight solutions.
  • Manage development life cycles utilizing various source code management tools and AI modernization techniques.
  • Design and create customized self-service solutions using Power BI, showcasing in-depth knowledge of different deployment options.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical documentation, end-user training, and knowledge transfer to both customers and internal teams.
