Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct both manual and automated reviews of outbound email attachments directed to external domains. Develop and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies utilizing Microsoft Purview and Mimecast. Oversee quarantine queues and analyze outbound communications that include attachments. Execute forensic investigations into potential Personally Identifiable Information (PII) exfiltration incidents. Examine Spanish-language communications to detect contextual indicators of sensitive data exposure. Establish governance rules for outbound messaging platforms, including Salesforce SMS. Audit identity and administrative activity logs across Okta and Microsoft 365.Investigate unauthorized configuration alterations or attempts to bypass security policies. Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to preserve digital evidence and maintain chain-of-custody documentation. Qualifications5–8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Security, Digital Forensics, or Data Loss Prevention. Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Okta Identity Governance, Mimecast, and Exchange Admin Center. Proven experience in conducting security investigations and forensic analysis. Proficiency in Python or Kusto Query Language (KQL). Strong grasp of identity governance and insider threat detection. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, enabling clear communication in both languages. This is an in-office position located in Dallas, Texas, with standard business hours from Monday to Friday.
