The Role
Nebius is in search of a Senior Data Scientist to develop and implement time series forecasting and classical machine learning models that enhance core business planning and operational decision-making. You will be responsible for the entire process, from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring, utilizing large-scale, real-world datasets.
This position prioritizes robust statistical reasoning, dependable modeling, and production reliability over experimentation with fleeting frameworks. Your contributions will significantly influence forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, and essential business metrics.

Your Responsibilities will include:
- Time Series Forecasting. Design, develop, and manage forecasting models (e.g., demand, usage, capacity). Assess performance utilizing relevant metrics and enhance accuracy over time.
- Classical ML Modeling. Create and deploy models using regression, binary classification, tree-based methods, and other established techniques.
