Qualifications
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will significantly contribute to our game’s growth by harnessing data to develop innovative, player-focused solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of data products—from pinpointing player issues to deploying production-ready solutions. Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, helping shape the data science roadmap for one of the world's leading mobile games. End-to-End Ownership: Lead the creation of new data products, from initial concept and requirement gathering to technical design, implementation, and monitoring. Player Insights: Utilize data analysis to gauge player behavior and understand the influence of features on game economy, progression, social dynamics, and sentiment. Advanced Modeling: Develop and execute A/B tests, forecasting, clustering, and machine learning models that provide actionable decision intelligence. Technical Excellence: Offer technical guidance throughout the product life cycle, ensuring high quality, scalability, and efficiency within our Data & Insights team. Collaborative Delivery: Partner with various departments (Product Analytics, Engineering, LiveOps, Marketing) to ensure data solutions are seamlessly integrated and create tangible impacts for our players.
