Your Role as a GenAI Senior Data Scientist
As a GenAI Senior Data Scientist, you will spearhead our AI initiatives by analyzing data, developing Generative AI applications, and architecting advanced agentic systems. Your responsibilities include selecting optimal large language models (LLMs), conducting prompt engineering, and fine-tuning models to enhance our AI offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional tech teams to create impactful, production-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of LLMs and agentic architectures, along with a proven track record of building and deploying applications in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into AI-related challenges and identify opportunities for business impact through AI.
- Analyze data to reveal significant patterns and derive actionable insights.
- Design architectures for agentic and Generative AI systems.
- Choose suitable models for specific tasks and optimize their performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to facilitate the modeling process.
- Implement best practices in model selection and parameter tuning.
- Execute comparative experiments for model training.
- Evaluate various potential solutions by analyzing ML metrics.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI features, from data collection to model design and production optimization.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and leading complex projects.
