As part of the Growth Alliance, this initiative aims to drive growth for the HelloFresh group by equipping marketing with advanced MarTech tools and fostering product innovation. Key areas of focus include user acquisition, conversion optimization, and data-driven growth strategies.
As a Staff Data Scientist within the Conversions team, you will play a critical role in shaping the intelligence that guides user journeys through the conversion funnels. Your responsibilities will include leading complex feature engineering and optimization tasks, as well as designing the data frameworks and analytical strategies that support personalized decision-making.
This role involves developing an automated system to identify the optimal path for each user based on their intent, the communication channel, and the context of marketing campaigns. You will work at a strategic level, influencing the design, evaluation, and scalability of personalization across various initiatives. This position holds significant accountability for advancing our data strategy and enhancing the overall user experience.
