Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI Clearance with the capability to obtain a CI Poly. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience, professional certifications, trainings, and degrees can substitute for the experience requirement. Expertise in Python, with proven experience in designing mission-critical solutions. Proficient in querying and integrating web APIs using Python to extract, normalize, and operationalize data. Experience in developing interactive data visualizations using tools such as Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Bokeh, or equivalent. Capability to build dashboards and analytic interfaces utilizing Dash, Streamlit, Panel, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong SQL proficiency with experience in querying relational databases. Familiarity with Git-based version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub. Proficient in geospatial processing frameworks such as GDAL or ArcPy. Experience with GIS desktop software including ArcGIS Pro or QGIS. Strong technical documentation skills for software systems and automated workflows. Ability to work independently at a senior level with minimal supervision. Understanding of USSOCOM and broader U. S. military organizational structures. Familiarity with common Intelligence Community (IC) data repositories.
