Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Microsoft SQL Server operations, including replication, backup/restore, capacity planning, and reporting services.

- Execute database migrations from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2016.

- Provide comprehensive systems administration support, including planning, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software.

- Recommend and implement SQL performance monitoring and tuning solutions.

- Deploy and support Microsoft technologies such as Visual Studio Framework, VB. NET, ASP. NET, and web services.

- Manage virtualization technologies like VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V, including virtual machine creation and configuration.

- Perform backups of web, application, and database servers in accordance with MPA policies, including daily incremental backups and full weekly backups.

- Monitor and support database activities, including space management and extended hours support as necessary.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of direct experience in SQL Server Database Administration.

- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

- Familiarity with visualization technologies and related systems.
