What you’ll do

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and design leaders to identify team needs and role specifications, ensuring alignment on hiring objectives across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and evaluating top-tier design talent from a variety of channels while managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from outreach to onboarding. Additionally, you will devise strategies to attract and retain diverse design professionals, proactively creating talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term hiring requirements.

Your responsibilities also include tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics to enhance recruitment efficiency, collaborating cross-functionally to guarantee fair evaluation practices, and promoting Brex’s employer brand within the design community. This entails representing Brex at design events, portfolio reviews, and on pertinent social media platforms.

Where you’ll work

This position is based in our Vancouver office within a hybrid work environment that seamlessly blends the energy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of three coordinated in-office days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
