Your Role

In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and design leadership to clarify team needs and role specifications, ensuring alignment on hiring objectives across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership. You will source, engage, and evaluate world-class design talent through various channels while overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding. Additionally, you will devise strategies to attract and retain diverse design talent, proactively establishing pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.

Your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics to enhance recruitment effectiveness, collaborating across functions to ensure equitable and consistent evaluation practices, and promoting Brex's employer brand within the design community. This will involve representing Brex at design events, portfolio reviews, and on relevant social media platforms.

Work Environment

This position is based in our Seattle office. We embrace a hybrid work model that balances the vibrant connections of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require employees to be in the office for a minimum of three coordinated days each week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
